Fraught Frenzies for Fuel

Sometimes the most negative experiences can be utilized as fuel to kickstart much needed change in our lives.

A difficult breakup allows us to learn to love again and build up ourselves stronger and wiser than ever before.

A layoff from work allows us the opportunity to follow a new career path, a career we always wished to pursue but didn't have the courage to take the step.

An illness gives us time to re-evaluate our lives, what direction we really need to go and what health changes we need to adapt to.

An unforeseen loss in income, a tough financial period can guide us to be grateful for the little things and spark the realisation of what really matters and can take us away from being so materialistic.

An economic downturn can lead us to take real effective action and make positive changes either on a personal level or develop a camaraderie spirit in our community working with others.

Whatever the difficult circumstance is, I find writing things down on paper is a powerful therapy as it helps you let go of things that need to be said but not easy to say. If writing isn't to your fancy, maybe draw or paint an image of the situation, let whatever troubles your having escape onto paper one way or another.

This could also open a creative side of you which with time, may develop into something extraordinary.

Motivation vanishes as quickly as it appears.

Utilize it wisely.
